2day Housing is young, dynamic and very passionate in looking for the right home for the home seeker or in finding the right tenant for every landlord. 2day Housing looks for suitable tenants on behalf of private landlords, brokers and investors, but is also very happy to accept your search in order to find the right home for you in the large web of homes.
Both tenant and landlord will experience working with 2day Housing as very pleasant; clear agreements, fast service and professional handling make working with us a unique experience in the home rental market.
Who are we
At 2day Housing we have a passion for real estate. Not just for real estate, but for life as a whole. It is estimated that people in the Netherlands spend ± 80% of their time in a building. The direct influence of real estate on our lives is therefore enormous! That is why we at 2day Housing try to find the perfect match between the house and the tenant.
Right goals
Our goal is therefore to bring together the right parties, the right tenant for every landlord and the right home for every home seeker.That is what our motivation is combined with a lot of experience, professionalism and enormous drive.
Total package
After 16 years of rental experience, we have decided to specialize in a total rental package with everything that comes with it. Being able to give more attention and information to the home seeker and renting out the home for an owner at a very attractive rate are the factors that are most important to us. The latter because we believe that renting out every home requires almost the same amount of work, so the rate for this does not have to depend on the price of the home.
